    What is the physical size of the laser engraver?
    The
    machine is 38" by 24" by 22" and weighs approximately 300lbs.  It is shipped in a wooden crate.

    What is the power, in watts, of this unit?
    We list them as 35 watt units,the M350 laser engraver can cut through 1/4 inch plywood and 1/4 inch acrylic. Most machines with his wattage will not be able to do what our machine does.


    How fast will it cut/engrave?
    Max engraving speed is 300mm/s however
    the speed at which you cut or engrave is based on the material, thickness, type of operation, and power settings.  All of which are variables which make the answer "It depends".  However, check out the sample products page.  There you will see items made by our customers.  When possible we will post the material, speed, power setting and run time.  We are also creating a technical bulletin to give new users a starting point for cutting materials.  

    What type of items can it cut/engrave?
    There are any number of materials that can be engraved and cut with a laser engraver.  For engraving, the most common are wood, acrylic, anodized aluminum, glass, coated metals and more.  For cutting, common items are rubber, foam, acrylic (1/4"), plywood (1/4"), inlay materials, etc.  For project ideas and materials to use with your projects go to:  www.laserbits.com.   They have a great selection of consumables, as well as utility items and supplies.

    What is included with the unit?
    The price includes the laser engraver which has been setup and tested prior to shipping to you.  Also included is the software required to use the engraver.  Corel Draw 12, all drivers and manuals come with the machine on CD's, Water pump and an air assist air compressor are not included

    How do I get technical support?

    How long does the laser tube last?

    CO2 laser tubes last around 1500 to 2000Hrs depending on power settings, time allowed to rest and water temperatures

     

    Returns Policy

    Unopened machines sold and fulfilled by Machinaria.com can be return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping not included). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Buyer's are responsible for all shipping costs .

    Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
    * Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    * Any item that has obvious signs of use.
    * All items are subject to A 15% restocking fee.
